About regeneration

Dominion Plaza, Ealing

Dominion Plaza, Ealing

How we operate

We are quick to respond to challenges and new initiatives and take time to invest in each team member’s development, back office systems and national policies. This adds value to the process and ensures we meet our partners’ and residents’ expectations.

Partnership work

We have existing external partnerships with the following organisations:

  • Spelthorne Borough Council
  • Elmbridge Council
  • London Borough of Ealing
  • Conran Architects
  • United House
  • Calford Seadon
  • Inspace
  • Rydon
Resident involvement

We believe it is important to involve residents at every stage of our projects in order to create a balance to suit everyone. Skilled Resident Involvement teams and tailored communication strategies are used to ensure that:

  • Residents feel involved and delighted to have a new home that has been built to a very high sustainable level.
  • The regenerated area has a range of services and facilities for everyone to enjoy and will be of economic benefit to all local residents.
Sustainability

A sustainable community is a neighbourhood where people can live together safely and in harmony with the environment.

All A2Dominion’s projects comply with the Secured by Design principles promoted by the Government and police and as a responsible organisation we are aware of our environment and take care to work with it in a sympathetic manner – meeting and surpassing the Government’s green guidelines.

To ensure we make a positive impact on the environment and add value to the community we develop an effective, tailored environmental policy for each project we undertake.
