It is always good to hear when we are doing things right, and to share this information with staff to demonstrate that we are delivering services our residents want and appreciate. Compliments also allow us to identify best good practice, to encourage and share it with other staff to continue to improve.

All compliments are recorded by the Performance Team and forwarded to the relevant member of staff and their line manager.
